"I noticed a windshield chip just yesterday. I called State Farm to find out if I had insurance on windshield repair. Ken answered. He looked up my policy, confirmed coverage and contacted the local glass repair company. Within five minutes the glass company called. Within a few short minutes an appointment was set up for the next day. On the next day the repair was flawless. Thanks Ken for your marvelous service in helping me. And for teaming up with such a great glass repair company. Well within 24 hours my windshield is healed and Im happily on my way. Thanks"

"Ben Parsons is my favorite insurance agent I have ever had. I get cards at the holidays and wishes of happy birthday. But more importantly I would say at least once a year I get a phone call just to make sure that everything is going fine and that I am satisfied with the current coverage I have on my car. They make sure I don't need to make any changes or additions to the plan and I have never felt like I matter with any agent the way I do with the Ben Parsons agency. I could not give a higher recommendation for an auto insurance agent then I give for Ben Parsons. Plain and simply the best Auto Insurance agent I have ever had."

He and his entire staff that we have worked with have all been knowledgeable, helpful and caring. During the past year Ben provided valuable education and assistance regarding choosing a Medicare Supplement policy. He further provided an overall review of our insurance needs, where we might have gaps at this stage of our lives and what we might need or not need. He was very responsive to our questions on cost saving measures on one of our policies and these were quickly and efficiently incorporated and a refund check was issued by the company within the week. We have been able to incorporate a lot of his recommendations and are confident we have good insurance coverage in a number of areas (auto, home, liability, Medicare/health). In addition, we would highly recommend Ben Parsons for your financial planning needs, including financial products. Ben provided a thorough review of our individual situation and provided best-fit options to meet our goals, which included us recently choosing an annuity that will meet our needs both now, and into the future.
